As an HSP, you have the gift of awareness.
You’re attuned to the depths of life that too often go unnoticed - the pain and the beauty; the unjust and the sacred.
Which is why your sensitivity is so needed in this world.
And yet, we live in a society that is not always kind to the nervous system of an HSP. Without the space and tools to support our sensitivity, it can all become too much. The most precious part of us can become a source of shame, self-loathing and aloneness.
I created this course to help you reclaim your HSP gifts.
This is the culmination of my own journey as an HSP and therapist - powerful truths, techniques, and exercises that have helped me and my clients not only cope, but thrive as HSPs. I hope this course will help you discover the magnificence within you as well.

I wish for you to be able to take risks, accept mistakes as part of your learning and growth process, and for you to be able to see beauty in the imperfection.
I wish for you to know who you are at your core, what you care about, to overcome deep false core beliefs (I’m not good enough, I’m bad, I’m weird) and know that you are full of beauty and value.
I wish you for you to believe in yourself, know how much you have to give, and embrace your uniqueness.
I wish for you to embrace your full spectrum of deep emotions. I wish for you that by opening to the difficult emotions, you also increase your capacity for experiencing joy, and connection.
